Comfortable. I'm an average sized guy, and once I got used to it, I could barely tell it was there. You can use just the four velco holders(if you don't need all seve) which works out great for me. I don't usually need more than four. The velcro holds very well.
Weaknesses:
Only negative thing I can say is that the three elastic loops are rather hard to get pods in and out of. This hasn't really been a problem because, like I said, I usually only use the four.
Conclusion:
Great harness. You can find them fairly cheap. Definitly worth the price. I'm giving it a ten based on how well it works for my preferances.
