i have a spyder flash lcd, 14" teardrop barrel, pure energy 88cu/3000psi, revvy, and reachargable battery.
Recommended Paintballs:
big bore size paintballs
Strengths:
it looks ok and is made by smart parts wich is known for great products
Weaknesses:
Well, ok if you use really small bore size paint then the paintball will go through the insert and be gaining speed accuracy ext. then after it comes out the insert its not touching the rest of the barrel (10 inches) cause the rest of the barrel is like .700 bore size, so its just like having a barrel the length of the insert. This might not sound like bad, but that makes the barrel inacurate, short range, and the worst part is that the paintballs just drop after like 70-80 feet wich is hella annoying.
Conclusion:
well its a marginal barrel only if you if you use huge bore size paintballs otherwise mise well just take the 10inch part off and just use the 4 inch part for speed ball.
instead of calling names, why don't you calmly explain to him that all two piece barrel systems have a stepped bore, meaning the tip id is larger and does not touch the paintball. ALL TWO PIECE BARRELS ARE LIKE THIS
no, i think he has a point. i think that a barrel would be more accurate if the fronts changed instead of the backs, because the first 10 inches of a barrel or so are to bring the paintball up tp spead, while the last few inches are suppose to guide it (accuracy). so he does have a point.
If only the fronts changed out, the balls would.hit a little lip and tear the ball all to hell. Then, they would start making backs to match the fronts, but then why wouldn't you just buy a one-piece and have it be the same all the way through?
yeah, barrels are supposed to be bigger where the ball enters, and smaller where it exits, making it long range, and accurate. the freek is an excellant choice.
the point of having the iserts that match ur paint (on most guns) is so that the balls dont roll out when you point ur gun down. that little extra room that the ball has in the 10" doesnt really affect the accuracy. RETARDS!
