This is a great addition to an already great gun. I put the ELCD on my STS G1 and it works great. This will outshoot your hopper. Very easy to install and use. I was able to shoot a good pattern right out of the box. Great short trigger pull. |

| Weaknesses: |
The battery is a pain to access, you have to remove 3 screws to remove part of the grip. A bit expensive. The "Ram Air" chamber can't keep up with the gun, I reccomend putting a regular chamber on. You should use a good paint with a thin fill because when you chop a ball the gun will jam because of a thick fill even after cleaning the barrel. |

I actually parted out my Piranha and haven't used the grip in a while. I just put together a Vtl with Flush cocking, Dye 12" barrel and PMI expansion chamber (I shoot air not C02, but I like the feel and I can still use C02 in a pinch). I don't think that I will be using the ELCD much any more because if I want to go electronic I will use my Impulse. The handle is still worth the cost (I sell it for $225) but only if you can afford it, I don't think that it is the best for everyone, but great for maintaining the stock look with great performance.
