Products Used:
stock barrels, Smart Parts All American & Teardrop
Marker Setup: Spyder Sutter, APP Firestik w/ spiral porting
Recommended
Paintballs:
I've used RP Marbelizer & Polar Ice
Strengths: Accuracy; I don't play with a sight, but with this barrel I was able hit a 1.5 by 1.5 foot target from over 100 feet with 8/10 shots. I struggled to hit with 3/10 with my stock barrel. I've shot shot over 2000 rounds with it already and never had any paint break. It was a cheap upgrade (about $42) and I purchased it at the same time I bought my marker. It's also extremely lightweight.
Weaknesses: As I said it's more accurate than a stock barrel, but for a little more money you could find a lot better barrel.
Conclusion: If you're on a budget and looking for a cheap barrel upgrade, the Firestik would be a great buy. If you're looking for a high performance barrel, this probably wouldn't be it. Rating is based on what you get for your money.
Rating:
9 out of 10
