I feel this barrel system is sweet. I have not shot a Freak-Phat-Empire-Pipe, but I don't think I need to. I shoot with this barrel, the PB goes straight, and stays straight until it hits the target. With this accuracy, Why would I need to shoot any other barrel. The backs are only about 3 inches long, but it is not an issue.
The Good:
Low price is nice. I did not pay 200 dollars for mine. I bought mine from paintball gateway for 99 dollars. It has 5 bore sizes, I have shot about 6 different brands of paint and have only used 3 of them, so why do you really need more. The front of the barrel looks nice, and has nice venting.
The Bad:
You need to put the back on the marker with wrench. This could scratch your ano job on your marker if your not careful. Ok let me rephrase that, you don't have to put it on with a wrench, but the barrel will come loose a bit and you will have to tighten again. |

Great barrel system for the price. Why pay big bucks for a "Name"? If the barrel shoots straight, and sizes paint, what else do you need? Go to Paintball gateway and pick one up soon before they are gone. Trust me you WILL NOT be disappointed. This system gets a nine, nothing is perfect. |
