needed help from a friend to install it as the instructions were a tad shakey. when installed with light/medium maddman spring combo i noticed a definate reduction in the sound signature of my setup. a local pro shop/field owner told me "man that's quiet"
requires a high flow bolt like the aka lightning or stock WGP for full advantage
Conclusion:
worked for me, i don't see why it wouldn't for you. if you've never replaced a valve b4 consult help from someone that has for installation
