Conclusion:
i think its a one of the best pump ever made - great for military pb or for training...or cheap way to great semi - just send it to palmers pursuit shop...

Dispute: The CO2 inefficiency has nothing to do with the 14" barrel - my P68SC has likewise 14" barrel and he is more efficient than the stock PGP with 6,5" barrel. Magic word: valve work.
Do not put the blame on that what is ostensible, before you understand the essence.

Actually, if he's using a larger caliber paint, it will. Say the barrel is .684, and he's shooting paint the size of .689, the 14" of excess friction will make the gune need more air to properly fire the ball, thus wasting more air than necessary.
Not to mention these things are fixed barrel, so there's not alot you can do about it.
3022, aren't you on MCB? You should know better! For shame...

hmm...i have also pgp and zgp and i use large size pbs (hard to find matched balls here in CE)- my results with 12gram:
pgp 15-18
zgp approx 14
p-12 approx 10-12
so as RealPB says...depends
