Similar Products Used: |
I have used several different Spyder models, while the setup is similar, the quality is not. |
 |
| Marker Setup: |
I currently work with a Spyder Shutter and have a 16 inch Custom Products barrel, I use a 20 oz CO2 tank. |
 |
Recommended Upgrades: |
The ball retainer that prevents double feeding needs to be reseated on occasion, I placed a small piece of plastic underneath in the valve housing to prevent this. A new barrel is a must to improve accuracy. |

| Review: |
ZXS-444 is a good marker to start off with for familiarizing oneself with features found on more advanced markers. With a new barrel and some minor modifications to the ball retainer this gun can be used fairly effectively against lower end stock Spyder markers. This gun is not recommended for serious competition. If the occasional weekend pickup game with non tournament level players is the intended use then this gun will do just fine. |
 |
| Conclusion: |
Good for starting out or playing non-competition games, not recommended for competitive use. This gun will familiarize the beginning player with such features as those found on higher end markers and will perform well with modifications for basic paintball. If you are looking for something at competition level, look at other markers. |
