More than 5 years
Products Used:
well lets see, the stock trigger frames on the guns ive played with, ive used the electronic trigger frame, the swing trigger frame for autocockers, i guess thats it
Marker Setup: oh boy lets see here.
spyder compact 2 in 1 java edition
palmer's stabilizer regulator
J&J ceramic barrel
Benchmark trigger frame
check it 15* vertical adapter
omega valve
psycho ballistics drop forward
32* spring kit
dye mini guage
modified stock bolt
i also have an ACI bolt but i think the stock bolt without the venturi is better because its higher flowing
12v revy
polished internals
i replaced the original hosing with stainless braided hosing
i think thats it for now
Strengths: its comfortable and has a considerably lighter pull than the stock frame
Weaknesses: it does have a long pull before it even engages the safety
Review: well i got the benchmark frame before they came out with all these electronic trigger frames that you can get for 50 or 60 bucks. but i still like the good 'ol mechanical frames. i really like this frame and its a litte different because everybody that owns a spyder now has an electronic frame. i guess i would go with the electro frame too if i had the choice back then. but i am happy with my frame. it has a much lighter pull than the original frame, mechanical frame, but it does have a long trigger pull. but i fixed that with a tube of super glue and a chunk of rubber. i have not had any problems with the frame, u cant scratch it or mess up the finish on it, its got this finish on the metal that if it scratches or somethin all you gotta do is rub it and it looks brand new. same with oil, if oil gets on it, just wipe it off, its awsome. this was one of the first upgrades to my gun, and it was well worth it. now, the only badging on my spyder is the one that says safety on and safety off. that and where it says benchmark.
Conclusion: well i like the benchmark frame a lot. when i put the dye sticky grip on there, it is the most comfortable frame and they fit pretty good considering the frame isnt a dye.

i dont give a whole lot of things a 10 so i only gave it a 9, i think its gotta be something special to get a 10, although its close

9 out of 10Last edited on Wednesday, February 11th, 2004 at 5:52 pm PST
