I mainly only play in messingham as it is convenient, but i have played as Heslam paintball, and a site in slaley hall. but from my experience messingham is the cheapest and most fun and most varied out of them all
I am currently employed at paintball challenge as a marshal so my judgment may be a little biased (one sided)
If you want all the excitement and rush of paintball, you need ot play here i have played at paintball challenge numerous amounts of time, and there hasn't been a time that i haven't enjoyed it.
The marshals are friendly helpful and fun, the site is constantly adding improvements such as lower prices, more field's ect....
It has one of the largest tree house fort complexes in all of north lincolnshire, and is probably the cheapest, but please don't take my word for it if you can visit please do you will never have more fun at a site then here.
Refreshments are also available on site at store prices, clean male and female toilets, safety and fun are number one, but as i say don't take my word for it try it first hand.

recently went to paintball challenge booked through www.gobalistick.co.uk for a birthday party which was £25.99 each. We were expecting to get "
"300 rounds of paintball ammo each
A full days play
Semi Automatic Machine Gun
Freshly laundered combat overalls
Experienced and Uniformed Marshalls
Commemorative Birthday cap for the Birthday Boy or Girl
A disposable cameras for the group to record the days events ." -as advertised on the website.
We were running late, but phoned up 40 mins before we were due to let them know. The call centre did not pass on the message, and because of this our lunches were cancelled and we were compensated with a free can of drink and 1 chocolate bar each. Also, because the site were not expecting us to turn up, we were sat around for 40mins with nothing to do while they sorted out a game.
Most marshalls were seemingly untrained, very unprofessional, immature, and were more interested in shooting eachother rather than assisting paying players.
Out of the 12 gamezones, we got to play on two of them, when we finally got to play we had unpaying and uninvited local children (regulars) interfering with our game on several occasions.
The equipment was poor and unreliable at best.
The whole place was very poorly run and extremely disorganized.
The toilets were in disgusting condition. Covered in thick cobwebs, dead insects and mould. Both male toilets were out of order.
Members of our party who wore glasses were expecting to get lens style visors in their masks, it was only after complaining several times that one member was allowed to borrow an employees visor, as it was impossible for him to see out of the one he was given, due to it being faulty.
Extremely poor quality site, some of the staff were very unprofessional.
Gaps between games were far too long ( 15-20 mins), We spent more time sat down then actually playing.
we did not receive the disposable cameras or cap as advertised by goballistic.co.uk, had we known this we would taken our own camera as it was a 21st birthday party ie a special occaision.
Overall not worth the £25.99 we each paid.
We are utterly disgusted with goballistic and paintball challenge, messingham. We did not receive most of the things we paid for, and their customer service was appalling.
Will never visit this place again.
