Pirates Grove - Ok if you like Woods Ball; Camp Pendleton - Ok if you dont mind refs that dont give a S#!$ and fields that need some major work. Weekend Warrior - Tim, please....lower those damn paint prices man. I started at that filed when I was 13/14. It was cool when pumps were enough. Get with the times man, allow BYOP and charge a little more for field time or something. We already have to drive to B.F.E. to play.
Review:
Velocity is the best damn PB park in SD. Period!!! Yea, the lady (Dee Dee..I think) can be a little, well, lets just say, her bark hurts more than her bite. Otherwise Hyper, Hyper 2, and Speedball kick major booty! The group thing can get out of control, but look at the options you have for paintball in SD. None!!!
Fills to almost 5K if the line is short and the tank is full, otherwise 4.5K is standard if your equip. can handle it.
Paint is expensive anywhere you go. What are gonna do about it? At least you can BYOP.
Lines to get signed up can lag, but I use the time to check my gear, load pods/hopper, etc.
I only give it a 9 since I have only played in SD. The fields in LA could be better. I hear the fields in LV, NV are pretty hype as well.
