I played one indoor place in the Twin Cities. I prefer outdoor places. Played in other states, but my Minnesota field experience is limited to 2 or 3 fields.
Review: What to say about CZ. Its my home. I love this field. My friends and I have been playing here for 4 years. Its about time I got down and dirty and promoted what I feel is the best place to play.

Combat Zone has an amazing staff. They go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to service. They are more than fair. Be reasonable with them, and they will be reasonable with you. The refs are very knowledgable, and are Johnny on the spot when calling for paint checks or in need of techie help on the field. Prices are very reasonable.
They are amazing gun techs. They can fix just about any problem. If you happen to buy a marker from them. Be sure to thank them for their hard work, because they will always fix anything wrong with guns they sell. They stand behind their product.

Fields of play are amazing. Currently they have 6 fields in all. 5 varieties of fields that have all sorts of obstacles to use for cover. Foxholes, baracades, trucks, boats, camo netting, trailers, and of course, theres the famous Alamo field. Alamo is probably my favorite field there, its pretty obvious what it is. Its a small fort, simple game. Inside defends the fort from the outside. My favorite memories of paintball have been on this particular field.

I recommend it to anyone looking to learn about paintball. The staff is more than willing to take on new players. Its fantastic for groups.

Only draw back to those in metro areas, its a bit out of the way. But I prefer that. No cars, no hustle and bustle. Its very quiet, all the better to play with.

Check out the Combat Zone. You wont be sorry.
