Other Fields
in the Area:
I have played at many *private* fields around my area. Mostly north of Campbell River where the terrain is a little more rugged. Currently I have 3 fields in my home town, which includes a very large industrial complex.

Also as of late I have played at a few other fields. Gemini for example.
Review: J&J Paintball has two fields. They are located side-by-side.

The first field is where I normally play Rec. Ball. There are a series of bunkers and trenches that line a heavily wooded area (barely any scrub). When I say heavily wooded, I mean BIG Vancouver Island trees that can easily cover two peoples body widths. Overall the field is well maintained. Bunkers are added almost every month and repairs are done then.

The second field is a large hill used for playing a scenario game called "hamburger hill". There is a large bunker at the top of the hill that can accomodate about 7 men. There is a lot of blow down and cross trees and stumps that litter the hill that it is fairly easy to get near the bunker (but not too close). The hill has quite an incline and levels out into a rocky bluff where there are some natural crevaces that you can also hide in.

On top of the fields there is also a practice range.
