Oh Agape Paintball, how we love you guys. That has to be one of the most memorable times of my paintball career. Anyway, lets get down to the nitty gritty...
Fields: They have a wooded field which they call "The Patriot field" and tire course which they call "The Tire course", genius. They also have a woods field which dosnt have a witty name. ALL of these courses, has you can see when you go there, have been well thought out and a lot of time and effort has been put into them. I love all of them, there is no course there that I can say I dont like. From what i hear they also have a new woods course, where you hit targets and you win paintballs for hitting the targets, i havent accutally tried it yet but it sounds like a blast.
Reffing: If every course had reffing like Agape, world hunger would be gone, there would be no more wars, and we would all evolve into supreme beings. Ok maybe not that, but it would be wicked sweet. As you can tell, the reffing there rocks. They hang out with you on the picnic tables and give you tips for beginners, and valueable tips, not just like "if you pull this trigger, a ball comes out the barrel, seeya kids", i accutally use the stuff they told me to this day. They refs even played with us a couple times to even up the teams. These guys are great.
Store: They dont really sell any guns or gadgets at the store but they do sell snacks and stuff there, which is a lot more than other places do. Plus this place is like, out in the middle of the field, so you always need water and such and they provide it for you.
Overall: This place is great and is defiantly worth the drive. I have some great memories going up there and hangin around wit the refs and playin paintball all day with my friends, its wonderful. |
