Operation Paintball does not even compare to Col. Peppers. The setup is not nearly as good, and the staff is not even close to as informative and helpful. In fact, Cory (the owner) opened up the shop during rain that FLOODED Medicine Hat, just so we could come in and get some stuff worked out with our markers. We didn't end up going, but he was more than willing to give us a hand at a VERY inconvenient time.
Col. Peppers is currently running 3 great fields, which are a lot of fun to play on. The Airball field has recently been expanded, and is great fun. He's willing to get ANY items in stock, and at more than reasonable prices as well. While you are there, you are always shooting Draxxus paint, none of the cheap crap that a lot of fields will supply. His rentals always work fine (PMI Pirahnas), and I have never had a bad experience with any of that gear. The refs are good, and it is pretty much ensured that we will have a great time playing out there. Cory is always willing to give a helping hand to repair a broken marker, like he did with mine, even outside of a booked time frame. He didn't charge me or my friend for labour, and he even spent a full hour fiddling with my friend's 2k4 ProStock Autococker, just to get some parts working right, FREE OF CHARGE. It is reasons like these, and the fun we have that ensures it is the only field in the area we will ever give our business to. Mad props to Col. Peppers.
