Other Fields
in the Area:
I haven't played any others but Adventure Beach, Paintball USA, and Ground Zero are nearby
Edit: I've played Paintball USA and was not as happy with PB USA as I was with Patriot. Patriot has better rental equipment, better fields, and they seemed to enforce safety regulations more stringently.
Directions
to the Field:
From Conway, travel west on Highway 501. Patriot is about 8 miles down 501 once you're out of Conway. You have to go past Patriot, to the next left turn, and cut a U-turn. You can't miss it!
Review: The fields are balanced, the staff is wonderful, the prices are reasonable, the equipment is quality, and the facilities are well maintained! You can get a good day's worth of play for well under $50 a player if you don't have your own equipment, but if you're already outfitted, you can get in for a lot less. Their package deals can get you on the field for $35, including a very good marker, air, and 500 rounds of paint. The other players are friendly, and safety is a huge priority, as it should be. I CANNOT say enough about how good Patriot Paintball is. If you live in the Myrtle Beach area or are visiting, PLEASE make the drive to support Patriot. This is without a doubt the class act of paintball. ***Also, if you need repair work done on your marker, the staff at Patriot can repair it for you. They fixed my old Stingray, as well as a leaking air tank (the valve on a 9oz tank would randomly leak. They fixed it for a good price.) They also have a pretty good selection of used markers and plenty of other equipment, plus they can order almost anything you might want. All in all, this is my speedball field of choice!

Edit: I must say that iI've been out of the game for a while, but... After playing for several years, I've come to the conclusion that Patriot Paintball is THE place to play in Horry County. The location is good, they will work with your needs, and the staff is phenomenal! I've purchased parts from them, a marker, a hopper, and i've used plenty of their paint. If you're new to the sport, visit them-- they will teach you the sport and even walk you through some good moves on the field, if you ask!
