Review:
This field was the worst run field in the area, the people there don't care about their customers and the paint prices are crazy, also don't bring a little of your own paint or they will kick you out for doing it. DONT GO THERE OTHER PLACES ARE WAY BETTER!!!!
5yrs of PB exp eh? I think not. Majority of fields are BYOP and if you cant muster the class to follow the rules then you deserve to get booted.
You can say you hate the field or that it is too challenging for your limited skills but to slander the staff is beyond childish. The staff is excellent.
Dispute: This is completely inaccurate. There paint may be pricey but, he is completely misrepresenting the field. I've played there for 5 years there service is great they even know you by name. there strict but safety is an important thing. the best part is you always meet someone and they become your friend because the Field is so small and there's no cheating. it's just young and old newbies or vets all playing laughing learning and having a great time. please delete this review.
i have played at the Pits for over 5 years now i reff there off and on and not once have i ever had a problem. Also you can bring your own paint Sundays and pay 10 dollars if you are JUST going to play Speedball. Chilli is one of the best fields around, i don't know where people get off saying things like this. If you cant play by the rules we don't need you there anyways.
while $80 may seem steep - the quality of paint is top notch, and with most fields requiring the use of field paint its not unreasonable. not to mention i can remember when cases were $95 a case (with 2500 rounds at $120) im surprised you dont remember such prices with as much experience as you say you have.
and as for service, if you played there more than once, they know you by name, and ive never had a problem with refs, staff or anyone making a bad call, and quite frankly its enjoyable when the staff sticks to their guns and boots a misbehaving player.
As i would like to agree with this guy.... I don't really like chilli yeah its staff is amazing i'll give them that but it does cost an arm and a leg there for paint!!!!!! I hate woodsball and for awhile this was the only place to play that i knew of but i don't like how most of the fields have A LOT of sand it sucks to run on.... plus there is a lot of newbies anyways i do recommend the field to players in the local area but if you ever get the chance head out to Fox paintball up past ottawa that place is FRAKIN intense and really cheap..... it only costs me 45 dollars all day to play
