Review: i grew up in vermont, where its all woodsball and recball, so for me any outdoor field is already better than an indoor. this field was exceptionally fun, even as outdoor fields go.

when we first got there we werent sure if it was the right spot, seeing as how all we saw was a dirt road that led out to the 'field'. i gotta say we were skeptical at first, the field looked a lil rundown with its setup, and we werent sure how the scrub brush would work out. we were pleasantly surprised. the owners showed up after a bit with all their gear and supplies in a trailer, ready to rent PMI pirhanas and GAP paint, along with free compressed air fills (im almost certain they were free) and each person was given one free CO2 fill with their admission fee (which was $10). the owner was really nice and sensible about his field rules, setting the chrono limit at 295. there was one rule that i didnt like, that there were no paint checks (not even by teammates), so if u got shot in the back, u were out.

overall though, the field is great. the terrain shifts a lot so u can manuever and flank. the main area is long and ripples, with nice dips and rises, interspersed with trees/bushes and steel drum 'bunkers'. there are three forts, one at each end and one in the middle (near the car). there are four towers, two on the brook side and two at the top of the ridge. off to the left (as ur walking on) is the brook with rough cobble and a lil bit of brush (its quite a long run, and quite in the open). up to the right is the ridge, with thick scrub running along the base. thru this scrub run a few trails, some nice low ones. on top of the ridge it opens up a bit more and except for the speedball course, does not hav any bunkers except the towers. there is quite a bit of scrub tho, and some nice gullies for sneaking around.

the field is great, i strongly recommend it, especially for those that like outdoor.
