Review: The courses here are great. But I was not too impressed with their service. First of all, I drove up there with a friend and he was denied entry all because he plsys with a hopper-less gun. So we both left. My friend uses an ATS AT85 which is magazine fed, but it uses the standard .68 paintballs. Unless you are part of some kind of team, the employees usually don't want to talk to you. The players that carry the Angels and the Autocockers seem to get more attention.

The courses are fun, don't get me wrong, but the employees are rude. The same thng happens when you go to their stores. Unless you are part of some local team, then you really dont matter to them.

I only give this field a one because the courses are what make it fun, not the employees.

Most pf this review is false, except for the no magazine-fed guns. That is probably so they don't get confused with real guns, so I think it is a good idea.

All the employees there are friendly and helpful. I don't play for any team, or have an Angel (I have an Autococker, but I've never brought it there) and the refs/employees are still helpful whenever my gun goes down. Same at the stores. Sometimes they may not notice you because they are busy a lot, but if you ask them, thye're happy to help.

I agree with the Shimboodo guy...

ive been going to velocity for like 5 years now. after about my 5th time there they remembered me...i was so impressed. the refs are alwasys talking to you on and off the feild. there always giving you advice and tips to improve your game. Also my first 2 or three times playing i used the worst gun available..i got it at walmart...yet the employees at velocity didnt shun me..right now at velocity youll see 7 year old kids with cocker and they dont get all the attention...the review above is very inaccurate!!

I agree with these two guys
the refs are sick and talk to you and explain what you are doing wrong so you can improve. I agree that the employees dont care what kind of gun you have. They will help you either way.

I'm a senior ref at Velocity and would like to know the names of any and all refs that were "rude" to you and the circumstances surrounding the incidents. The magazine fed marker rule is in force because of the realism they may create around being guns instead of markers. Qloaders and warp feeds are accepted, however.

I hate it when people have a bad experience with ONE ref and then say that ALL refs suck. Why didn't you address the problem to the manager (regarding the refs)? She would have taken action. I've seen her do it.
