Ive read from other reviews what i experienced was "zoo night", a massive mix of newbs and these people with 1000 dollar setups.
Ill review the zoo night and follow up with a non zoo night review when i will be visiting the field later this month.
The zoo night is VERY packed, since i never went to the fields much, i wasnt expecting this type of play. it was literally 20 vs 20's. The teams were very unevenly divided. It was pretty much 1k setups vs newb avalanche. Newbs got slaughtered, i tried to hold my own with a VSC phantom, and i did. The field is an odd L shaped, but makes it all the more interesting when they open up the both sections. Usually the field is a straight field which is | shaped, but when they open both sides, it become L shaped. But its still very fun, it just was way too packed.
The field employees are very cool, very friendly and helpful, diverse also.
overall, i liked it, but less people is good, so dont go on a sat, sun or fri. Seems liek those days are cursed lol
