Review:
Ok this is an awesome field set up. I played here for a tournement and lemme just say its a great field although the refs are not flexable at all. As a matter of fact they sort of dont care about wut situation ure in. We played a game against a team (not telling cuz it wasa tourney) they just do a straight run through and we get a few of them and they were playing on and techniclly we got them before they got us. Then the refs were all like omg they got u b4 u got them, then we told the refs that all of them were cheating nasty, lucky they didnt get any points and we got 10 points only and he said he gave us 2 players and he wouldnt let our 2 players hang the flag so the ref basiclly kept us from the finals due to his stupid decision. And the ref, he didnt care....... So if you want to come here to play a tournement or lets just say a ormal weekend id only goto play on the fields and not to listen to the refs or better yet save your time and money because prices there are insanley HIGH. 65 per case of paint. THats just sad and plus they dont take credit cards they want cash only thats even more pathetic and sad. save your time and money. the xball and air ball field may be good but refs+prices=horrible. Ive only played here once and i hated it put the only thing i admire about this field is that they set the bunkers real well and the teams that go there arent cocky. thats y im giving it a 4-10
Im sorry that you think the ref's made a bad call,it happens thats paintball. But more to the reason for this reply.
first off that was our novice team reffing the tournament.they do not work as ref's on the field on regular play days.
secondly, you said you only played here once in a tournament that was going on.what does that have to do with the prices?almost everybody knows tournament prices are diff rent then regular play recourse you win prizes in a tournament.
with that said let me tell you what our horrible regular prices really are
saturdays 20.00 and bring your own paint {including all day air} or 15.00 and use our paint {premium paint ) for 50.00 a case
sundays are field paint only 15.00 for addmission and all day air,50.00 a case of paint.
man those prices are horrible to play on "an awesome field set up.
and yes its cash only at the field, sorry bout that but the reason for that is we don not have power at the field or phone lines yet to operate a credit card machine, but if you must use a credit card you can at the store. how pathatic.
must be some reason thou we have alot of real teams that love our tournaments and play at our field.

after your game you were givin a score card by the head ref on the field,if you thought it was a bad call you should have talked to the ref on the field when you were signing your score card.not after you signed the card, walked off the field, and turned your card in to the score keeper, then when you found out you missed the finals by a few points said something about it.unfortunetly at that time theres nothing you can do about it.Thats pretty much the way it is at any tournament.
I just wanna point out that the field that that took placed on was being reffed by the rookie/youngguns squad, that dont have that much experience.
personally i look at reffing this way. the more experience a player in playing, the more better the ref they will be (sometimes)
(i'm not downing the other squad at all)
The novice squad was on the Xball field.
I remember that game cause I kept jumping on that field when we had no teams on ours, (xball) to help ref.
You have to understand that with what happend in that instance, its VERY hard to make the "right" call. One ref will see one player get hit first, the other ref will see the other player get hit first cause they can't focus on BOTH players at the same time.
Sometimes things happy entirely too quick so theres no telling a good outcome instead for a mutual.
As for the reffing at the next tournament, it will defintely be better, we promise.
