I normally play at Cousins Paintball. However, This weekend they were so busy they didn't have enough rentals to accommodate my group. I knew Hig Velocity was close by and figured I would give it a try. I was very disappointed. The place was a disaster. Everything from the equipment to the staff. They have a very limited number of fields. My group was bored after playing a couple of games. Needless to say, I will not go back. Next time I will be smart enough to book ahead at Cousins.
I think they have a good number of fields. Maybe not as many as cousins but the fields are much cooler. You wont find legit planes from WW2 at cousins. Also i have always found the staff to be more then helpful and very professional. Also i don't know how you have played paintball for two years and still use rental equipment. Over this time it would be cheaper to buy your own setup. Also i don't see what you mean when you say that "The place was a disaster. Everything from the equipment to the staff." this is the only paintball site i know that uses HPA on rental guns. Anyways just thought i'd leave this input for others.
I think that you experience is very rare. I have found this to be the best place to play and i have been playing PBall for over 5 years. The staff is great and the place is run top notch. Cousins is a joke! They wont even let their teams play at HiVi because they are afraid that they will like it better. I have played many times at Cousins and would go to HiVi over that place any day.
