Review: Unfortunately, I didn't find a lot of positives here.

A little pricy since the $20.00 admission doesn't include HPA or CO2. That's another $10.00 per tank for all day. No self service HPA so expect delays for fills.

Not very organized early, got a little better later in the day. 3 jungle type fields but I never saw all 3 (or even 2) being played simultaneously. Long waits between games. Only a couple of the referee's were easily identified. Most look like other players.

The airsmiths both the guy and the girl that helped me were top notch. Making at least one bright spot for the day.

The Jungle/Scenario fields were good except for the sand. Not good for guns. The lack of ref's during the games provided opportunity for a lot of wiping. The Airball field is so rocky it is dangerous. I know I left blood there. Sliding is not an option, run cautiously.

I don't regret the experience, I may go back, but only for the scenario play and I'll leave the good guns behind.

My rating is based only on the 3 pay fields I've been to. It is not as bad as some of the free area's I've tried.

I am not sure if your 6 month experience is accurate, but if it is check this out.
20 bucks for admission is pretty much standard. I have been to just about every park in so cal and they charge you at least that much...without air. You listed pbusa and urban quest as other fields and I know for a fact that they charge that much. And pbusa paint is outrageously priced.
Anyway, your comment about the speedball field is right on, the crazy thing is no matter how many rocks you remove (trust me, they have tried several times) there will always be more because it's a river bed primarily. As far as the sand goes, the simple solution is...don't put your gun in it. I don't think I've ever had any more trouble than I would have had playing on dirt.
I can't believe you had a long wait between games. I wonder which refs you had. I usually have to scramble at the last minute to make games but maybe I'm just slower than you. You should definitely try Conquest again. Maybe your day was a fluke.

urban quest is a little cheaper for addmision and air,

20 bucks for addmision, 7 bucks for air (all day)

and for an extra 5 bucks you get a good lunch (3 slices of pizza, and a soda)
