There safety is like the number one rule at abc. The head ref guy comes up to you every single time when you go to explain the rules even if he knows you have been there dozens of times. I know its really important about safety butthey really over do it. One time i went and there was a few young kids just looking for a good time. It was in woods and the kid was behind the big rock by the dead zone, if youve been there you know what im talking about. The kid got excited when he shot some one ripped his mask off and yelled that the guy was out. The refs went absolutely crazy on him screaming yelling cursing and told him to go home. The kid was barely 10 years old i think that was a wrong thing to do. Another thing that really made me made there was when Leo and Master Pete got into a fight over something i do not know. If anyone was there that day you can remeber how bad the fight was. During the middle of a speed ball game you could hear them yelling and stuff falling and crashing. It got to the point wehre they were going to kill eachother and the police finally came and broke them up. I don't Understand why Leo just doesn't think hes ruining his fields rep. Other than the owner this is a good filed to go to for a day with friends.
...You cannot take your mask off during a game! They have a safety thing to maintain, if someone gets hurt there, they lose their reputation and less people come! Also, yelling at the kid will teach him not to take his mask off! He agreed not to in the beginning, he has to keep his word.
Also, a 10 year old shouldn't be playing paintball if he isn't mature enough to follow directions when they concern his safety.
