from hwy. 13 south go to hwy. 73 southeast keep going until you start going on to a part of the road where it starts turning southerly. Ponderosa Pines Pub will be on your right and the entrance to shawack field will be on your left. The entrance is on a snowmobile trail. The field is in plainfield |

At Shawack there are two fields. One is their speedball field which is about 4-5 acres with lots of good plywoood bunkers. They also have a very large woodsball field with a few nice bunkers and some forts with different flag stations. We usually play Adult leage on thursday nights and youth league on Saturdays at 1:00 with extra "fun" games after ward. when the leagues are over there are usually games on saturday. To find when the hours are simply go to www.cwpaintball.org and then click on "Paintball news" to find out what kind of game is going on. It is free to play and they sell paint and air for CHEAP prices. usually when we play woodsball we play 2 or 3 hits and your out but it just depends on what everyone decides to do on that day. If you need anything ShaWack Paintball will be able to order it and probably help you get it into your gun if you need help. ShaWack Proshop is located in Wisconsin Rapids and he has everything you need there. If he doesn't have it then he will order it for you fast! Usualy there are just volenteers to be refs but there are ref shirts available for the refs to use. Everyone there is cool and they like to have a good time. Its lots of fun. |
