TEAM PRODUCTS, Sportzone, Iowa Paintball Park, Adventure Paintball park
Review:
When I first came here I was pleased with the atmosphere felt like goin to Team Products field jus alot less fields. But Im not a big Woodsball person but I tryed it the games are long and not alot of action so I didnt care for it. Then I went and played Speedball It was fun but I must say the reffing was horrible they wouldnt even hardly shout the countdown so could you barely hear them. But they were there pretty quick when you asked for a paintcheck but overall werent that great. But I wish the Air Ball field would have been open but there is a large variety of players there. Overall its a pretty good field I give it a 8 becuz of the reffing
Kamakaze29, you came up on a rough weekend for refs and speedball.
For speedball, VP sets up the AirBall field only during the first open play of each month.
Refs were kind of hard to come by that w/e. A few of their refs had to pull out early that morning and many others were unable to come. You'll usually find that VP is well staffed with quality refs.
Also, the woods games NEVER drag on like they did that w/e. Of all the times I've been up there (many times) I've only seen a few woods games get close to the time limit. I don't know what kept causing it that w/e, but there were far more time limit games than normal.
Give them another shot, especially on the first w/e on the month if you're more interested in speed. and give the woods another shot, usually much quicker games.
yea i plan on goin there again it was a nice set up but yea the woodsball was long and at the speedball games i could barely here the refs sayin go but yea it seems well put together and yea i learned the put the airball field on the first open day of the month thats the reason i came down was to play that field but i didnt do my research o well it was nice and i will give them another shot i plan on playin in few tourneys this summer
