This field was not as good as the one I was in in Hamilton, but I liked the field for many reasons. The courses were bush courses; bonus right there. I really enjoyed the large size of some of the courses, and the uniqueness of others. They are sticklers for having barrel condoms on and masks on; a very good thing if you ask me. Also, they are very willing to help people out there. My Ion's regulator was leaking and he temporarily fixed it for me (it lasted the day), and he helped people with their fogging problems from the rental masks. The lunch was quite good, and quite inexpensive. The place was on the pricy side, but to me it was worth it. The courses they have are so fun and unique, and they really encourage team play. The refs have basically no bulls**t rules. If you do anything wrong and one of two things happen; either 4-5 people shoot you in the back, or you are kicked out for the day. I liked that a lot. No one did anything wrong because of this and it made the day quite smooth because no one cheated. Overall I think if you live near by you should check it out at leats once. |
