The cave paintballing was a unique twist to the normal game. I'm afraid to say that I'll not be going back to Jager's. To say the least the staff acted like they couldn't care less if we were there. Players that brought in outside guns did not get them chronographed, including me. The refs that were working that night were doing a terrible job. The lighting was bad, but it was a cave. A big problem was the paint on the walls was the same color as the paintballs they sell, so you couldn't "walk" your balls into anyone because you couldn't see where they were going. You can't bring your own paint, so you have to buy their $70 boxes. Maybe I went on a bad night or something, but I don't think it was worth all the hype. I didn't try their outside courses, so I can't comment on those. I do encourage people to give this place a try because it is unique to paintball in a cave but with the poor lighting, musty smell and dampness I won't be going back. |
