No refs, no organization. I felt bad for all the newbys, they had no idea what to do and to tell you the truth at first neither did i. Fields weren't exactly tuned or upkept. I find that alot of fields just don't put any money into their fields or even bother growing with th sport. Too bad, maybe someone will come along and create a new friendly field.
