Owner very nice and helpful, refs give a excellent brief on safety and field rules. Best Part is that u can BYOP ( bring your own paint) and buy year round air. that is why i use this as my home field of play. Only down side is that on some days, it can be very very hot. Field has nice staging area where u can re =up and cool down. Filwd set up is unique and fun, but it wouldn't hurt to expand each field size by 15 yards. I reccomend all first timers to play here.
