from the moment i arrived at Pine River Paintball i knew that i would have a great time. the owner came right out to great us.
when you walk back to the big paintball course you walk past thier speedball and village courses. these are very well designed and very fun for all levels of players. they even have safety netting that surrounds these courses. Plus they have a fully stocked shed with any paintball supply you will need. ohh yeah, and their staging areas are awesome, they provide picnic tables and benches (not Spools) for all of your equipment. their target range and chorno stations are well defined and provide for some fun target practice. one thing that impressed me was that they provide goggle spay and towels free of charge. what other field offers that? i even had one of the reff's offer to help clean my equipmant between games, AWESOME!!!
their big playing field includes the river and is about 11 acres. all of the other paintball courses around are tiny compaired to this one. back at this course, they have another shed stocked with all the supplies you will need. they also have picnic tables, target range, and chorno stations. the big course is the BEST woodsballs course i have been to so far. they have a large cabin thats located in the middle (it provides for some of the best paintball action) and they have a 70 foot bridge that spans a swampy area. they play many games that include this bridge and the cabin as well.
overall Pine River Paintball is the best paintball field in all of central michigan. if you want excellent customer service and an organized day of paintball this is the place to come.
i was surprised by the prices, i heard they were high, but this past year everything was much cheaper, paint was $40 a case and i got in for $5 with my own equipment.
they even rent HPA tanks and have all day air for $5 thats a steal!!! compaired to some of the other places its $1 per 1 k
when we came out this past summer for a bachelor party they had a really cool game that involved a fake bride that we had to get back to the cabin. they really made it fun and accomodated our every need.
i have also heard they can rent up to 60 guns, thats more than any place around
take my advice, go to Pine River Paintball, they are what a paintball facility should be !!!
ohh yeah and if you can talk the reffs into playing you can have a chance to beat them, when we played them a while back the 3 of them spanked like 18 of us, they are really good, especially using only A-5's
