this is a great place to paintball. but i would not suggest you go with a small group. they have several different scenario fields. i enjoyed the main field though. its in a small valley with bunkers and a few towers in the center. you can climb up on to both sides of the valley to either flank or ambush an opposer. rentals are ok. BUT PAINT IS REDICULOUS! it cost me $80 for 2000 rounds of EVIL paint and that was just because i was in a group of more than sixty people (he gave us a 20% discount). on their main field though their staging area is this big old canvas olive drab tent with one side facing the field that is covered by some large sheets of glass, you can actually watch while your sitting gun.
all in all its a great place to go, but i would go with a big group like i did so if someone runs out of paint you can all pitch in a few bucks to help him out.
NOTE: if you have a pack, try to sneak in a few hundred rounds in your feeding tubes. they won't check as long as you make sure nothing rattles when you walk in!
hey its me CSS_kid again! ! !
i went with my church group again the paintbally valley. again i'd like to say its a GREAT place to play if you're into scenario and woods ball. they have i think around 10 fields in an area of about 40 acres and they have around 400 acres if tactical scenario which is for when ever they have their occasional large scale scenario games. i personally have never been to one but i've heard they are AWESOME! ! !
this year wheni went they didn't carry evil or anything. they carried Diablo heat and some other rec quality paint made by 3MPIRE. unfortunately the drop in paint quality did not change the price. don't get me wrong Diablo heat is some ass kicking budget paint, but for $65 bucks for one 2000 round case (with group discount regular is around i think 80 still) when diablo heats normally run around 30 to 40 bucks. you can't blame them though it probably takes alot of money to run that place.
if you can try to sneak in some paint (the diablo's were green with orange fill) but buy about 500 rounds from them just so you won't look suspicious.
NOTE: YOU DID NOT HEAR THAT FROM ME! ! ! !
still this place is probably one top 5 places in indiana that you can go for woodsball and scenario.
