Game-On Paintball. The owners of the field are great at Timberline Paintball. They work hard to ensure that everyone is safe and having a good time. They are really good with new players and young children.
Directions to the Field:
About 45 minutes east of Lexington. Take I-64 east to the Mountain Parkway to exit 22 Stanton and turn left off the exit onto Highway 213. Drive about 4 miles and they are located on the right up on the hill just at the start of Timberline road.
Review:
Safety is a big issue at this field. They require barrel condoms or barrel plugs as soon as you enter the property. They also have signs posted everway to let you know what type of area you are in. Their netting is Alpha Netting and is easy to see throught and very durable. They have just one field which measures 100 x 75 and is good for 3 man teams. They have a 21 pc DBX bunker set and they change the field lay out daily. They are open on Saturday (10 to everyone is done playing) and Sunday (1 to everyone is done playing). They are cheap on they paint and they have nelson precision, nel-splat, and anarchy. There is two 3 man teams that spend most of the weekends up there help run the field. The staff is great and very helpful. The owner helps with everything from working the chronograph to reffing to fill tanks and even setting up the field. He is alway willing to help anyone with their equipment and helps new players transition into speedball. They sell water, pop, candy, chips, and have local food deliver to the field. They have about 8 rental packages, most 32 degrees Icons, but some spyders and autocockers. They sell co2 tanks, hoppers, elbows, markers, and can order anything you want. They only fill CO2 at the time, but the owner said HPA fills will be ready next week.
