Kincaid Park - Not even on the same level, 907 is so much better than Kincaid. Escpecially since Kincaid got sut down. Plus I like speedball way more than woodsball. Not that I dont like woodsball, I just dont like sitting there for 30 minutes waiting for the other team to find me...
Directions to the Field:
Take C Street south until it changes into Klatt. Once you see Anchorage Sports Park on your right it is right there, pull into Tower Rd, and park in the parking lot.
Review:
Safety - They were fairly big on safety, I spotted a few flaws but nothing too big. Like it was my friends first time playing paintball... ever, and he didn't get any sort of safety breifing or anything like that. I had already given him one, so it wasn't too big of a deal, but they did give other people a safety briefing. It might be because my friend had already bought all his own gear and looked like he knew what he was doing. Everyone chronoed. They ensured masks were on at all times, and were all around great.
Hours Of Operation - Sat - 10-6 Sun 12-6. Works great for me, Though I sort of wish they were open earlier on Sundays.
Prices - Paint isnt that bad, and usually Bryce lets me and my friends play and get all day air for free. So for us it hasnt been too bad.
Rules - Pretty well inforced, though not really made clear to all the masses before games. But then again most of the people know what they are doing.
Services - Its just a field, though Bryce will order you stuff and have it shipped with his paint, so you dont have to pay shipping. He is a great guy.
Staff - Aside from Bryce I never really know who is working, or who is just hanging around the service area. Most people there though work there, and it isnt hard to find an employee. Plus most of them are fairly nice. One of them even offered to let me use his new NXT shocker... I turned him down, because I was using my SFT, and needed to break it in more. But they are some great guys.
Refs - Same as staff... sometimes its hard to tell who they are. But then again most people know when they are out, and how to behave on the field. Making the need for refs low.
Facilities - There are some outhouses on the other side of the park, haven't used them yet, but who knows I might next time. As for the main building, its just a connex where Bryce keeps everything.
Food - Bring your own Food.
I love this field, it is a great place to play at, plus you never really have to worry about being outgunned, they tend to divide the teams up pretty evenly. All around a great field. I give it an 8 due to the fact that there is always room for improvment.
