Ground Zero- Less expensive than Swat, but closed now.
Extreme paintball in Dover- Good speedball field, grass surface. Not to expensive.
Directions to the Field:
Turn east at Walgreens, go a little ways down the road and there is a sign on the left.
Review:
Swat has two fields. They are both airball. One is indoors and the other one is outside. The indoor field is pretty small.
It is about 80 feet long and 40 feet wide, but it has turf so that makes up for the size. The speed limit inside is only 200
fps so it doesn't hurt even when you get bunkered. And yes their balls do bust at 200 fps. The outdoor field is pretty cool.
It has a giant X bunker at midfield and it has a medium X at each corner. The grass on the field is pretty nice and it has no
rocks so when you slide you don't get impaled. It is a 3/5 man field. The outside speed limit is 250 fps. The staff and
players at swat are very safety concise. If you don't have your barrel plug in they will tell you to put it in and the make
sure everyone on the field has their mask on. The also make sure that you crono your gun before you play. The refs are also
very good. Their are usually two on the fields at all times. The refs at swat will actually do a paint check if they are asked
to unlike some refs at other fields.
Their prices are $50 for a case of pretty good paint and $12 for entry and all day air. Swat's hours are Mon.-Fri. 5:30pm to 9:00pm,
Sat. 10:00am to 8:00pm, and Sun. 1:00pm to 8:00pm. There isn't a proshop, but I think that they can order stuff for you. Not sure
though. Swat also has flushing toilets that are always kept clean. They don't sell food, but I think you can order pizza through them.
They do sell drinks.
