Never played in any other field in the area.
to the Field:
I have no clue, I wasn't the driver, but once you get into Wasaga there are huge signs that direct you towards it.
Review: I have only been here once, for their once a year event (this year it was called Impact). It was a little challenging getting to the field from Toronto, but once we got on highway 26 (I think it was the 26) we had no problems getting there.
Once we got ready we headed in. Safety was somewhat strict (even in the parking lot there were staff to enforce safety), but the staff was nice about it as long as you didn't do something which would harm someone.
The paint was 6 cents per ($30 for 500, $120 for 2k) for Marbalizers, which in my opinion we're not bad at all (I had a few breaks but there are bound to be a few breaks out of a 2k box). The entrance fee was $30 if you pre-registered and $40 if you paid at the door, the entrance fee included unlimited free C02/Air fills for the day, a chance to win some cool prizes (including gun packages) and free Corn (lol). In my opinion the pro-shop was WAY over priced, they marked up prices by at least 10-15% (I'm not sure of the actual numbers but still, they marked up prices). I don't recall the gun rental prices.
On that day the only field they had open was their huge main field (I think it is 7 acres), with the 1542 people that attended I had more than enough space to do what ever i wished. And with the large strategically placed bunkers, shelters, planes, helicopters, towns, and trailer parks they built in the field there was some intense fighting. The field consisted of not only thick and thin tree lines but there was a "valley" and lots of rolling hills. All-in-all the field was awesome, I couldn't have expected any more from it.
The event ran from 10:00am until 5:00pm, but the place opened at 9:00am. They had a tech station right outside of the stagging area where you could go to get your gun fixed for free if you needed something. They had food and drink stands opened where you could get hot dogs ($2), hamburgers ($3), corn (free lol), and drinks (depends what you wanted).
The washrooms ... well all I will say is that the porta-poties were MUCH MUCH cleaner than the men's indoor washrooms.... I shall say no more on the subject in case children read this post.
The staff was very helpful, friendly and they seemed to not be annoyed by the hordes of people that asked them dumb questions. The refs on the other hand, even though they tried to do their best to keep play from being over run by "wipers" they couldn't seem to catch people that got hit, even if the person that got hit was laying right beside where they were standing. Now, I wouldn't have been annoyed if two or three people were the ones doing this, but the sheer number of people that were wiping shots was ridiculous.

All-in-all I gave W.B.P.B. 8/10. -1 for the disgusting state of the washrooms and -1 for the refs not being able to see people who got hit. Other than that I had an AMAZING day there and will DEFIANTLY go to their big event again next year.

7 acres? Are you crazy!?!?! It's more like 50!!
Plus, if there is mark up in the pro-shop. How do you not remember a darn thing?

Sorry, typo, the field size is 70 acres, not 7. And 1) I can't recall the prices for rental guns because no one i talked/know that went there had purchased one and 2) I don't recall the actual mark up numbers because I don't want to sound like a fool and give false information. What I do know is that one person bought a mask fan that is usually around $45-$50 off the pro-shop for around $100...

For the rentals, as stated on the Wasaga Paintball website their prices for renters are:

Individual Rates
$25.00/Person - Includes:
All Day Park Admission, semi-auto paintgun, 50 paintballs, unlimited CO2 while playing, pull-over jacket, protective headgear.
Individual players are always welcome.

Group Rates (20 people or more)
$20.00/Person - Includes:
All Day Park Admission, semi-auto paintgun, 50 paintballs, unlimited CO2 while playing, pull-over jacket, protective headgear, free admision for organizer, private games.

I totaly agree with u . Big games are tons of fun crazy fun. At there big games there are MAD MAD MAD CRAZY CHEATING WIPERS!!!!! The one time I was playing same Impact game I was hideing behind a thick shrub shooting throw it I could see out but people from far away could not see me in it and some guys I really had to dump a whole full hopper on them yes I was ramping with my ego but thats besides the point. When u turn someones black shirt completely white u think they would stop and look after the first 50 balls in there chest ?? Meh im sure that person will feel it the next day... :) the guy only stoped when he finealy saw me and saw I was repodding :) lolol . But I have to say it is fun where eles can u dump paint on people like that normaly heck im not that mean even to my friends but hey they know better to take the hit like a man and get off the field...
