Best urban outdoor by far.
Doodlebug has outdone them selves with this field. The indoor field is a blast to play at and the outdoor is just as fun. The recball field is big enough for games of up to 40 on 40 madness and has elements of many different types of fields. It has a woodsed section, a hyperball bunker section. Tall Grass section and a few cool structures such as a fake helicopter (Trailer with a propeller attached to it?) and a netting carwash. Games are exiting and not much time is wasted trying to find the oponents such as on larger fields. The field is designed well so that both sides are fairly even and its not a "camping" type of field which makes for better games.
The 2 speedball fields are great, two words sums up how great they are: Outdoor TURF! Its cool having tournament fields that are super level with a great playing surface so close. The fields are perfect for tournaments such as the NW survivor series with a 3 man format. The field has hosted all the way up to a 5 man format and I though fields were perfect. If you dont mind cleaning your goggles due to splatter, playing on the hyperball field is also fun, there are a crazy amount of cool shaped bunkers that should make all games enjoyable.
The staff is super nice and reffing is geared toward exactly what it should be, keeping players safe. Since there are only 1 or 2 refs per game on the woodsball field you cant expect them to pull out a player that you hit every time but you can expect them to get right on people who take their masks off inside the field and walk off the field without a barrel bag. I thinks its great because it makes an exellent environment for new paintballers to learn it.
Nelson paint is the best brand of paint I have ever shot and that is exactly what they sell at the field and at competitive prices too!
Rumer has it that there are plans to make the field even better! Plans include a full sized PSP speedball field (125 by 150 feet) and improving the urban combat aspect of the recball field by building buildings to create a village.
Overall I really could not ask for anything more in a paintball field for the new, experianced or occational paintball player
