Review: Hours of operation: 4:00pm - 10:30pm I believe!!! They should open earlier or stay open longer!!!
Services:: I give their SERVICE an F!!!!! I arrived at about 7:15pm, I had to wait for the rest of my group, I had already informed myself the night before of availability, which was open after a PRIVATE booking until 8:00pm. As I waited for my comrades, a larger group showed up, my party finally arrived, and we went in with our stuff to get setup and play. We were TOLD to step out of line as the other group was here first, yet they hadn't booked anything, plus they were still waiting for more people. By 9:00pm we were still waiting, and then the cashier tells us she had to set up the other peoples stuff so we had to wait even longer.
We were not impressed, so we left, and I will not return again unless they get more staff working behind the counter, and lower their prices for GUN OWNERS!!!! $20.00 is way to much for a OWNER to pay, since all other places range from Free-$15.00 for entry.
The prices of the paint were what attracted us to Paint-ball Nation. Hey who wouldn't want to split 2000 paint-balls 4 ways and get 500 paint-balls for $8.75!!!!
But hey, go check out, and make your own opinions, I just wanted to share mine!!!

Dispute:
you went on a byop night thats why it was 20 bucks to get in, cus you can get cases of paint at retail priceses. dont say the price was too high because its 20 bucks or more every where else for bring your own paint nights.

$20 is the admission fee everyone pays to get in. It's also the cheapest in the Greater Toronto Area. Why should you pay less to get in because you own your own equipment? At Paintball Nation everyone pays the same to get in and if someone needs to rent paintball equipment thats an additional charge.

Also, if you know certain nights are busy, why didnt you make a reservation? You dont go to a busy restaurant without a reservation so why would you go to Paintball Nation without one?

Ok, I've never been to the place before that night, it was my first time!!!!! I called the night before to make sure there were no private games, and I was informed that it was all open after 8pm. I also gave my name and number in my group, so I would call that a RESERVATION!!!! And there are other places in the GTA that dont have BYOP but its still free- $10 for owners. I know people are loyal to a place they like, but dont keep the blinders on!!!!

In order to make a reservation there is a process to follow which according to this players comment he did not do. It can be found on the paintball nation website here:
