Review: This location is easy and quck to get to if you are looking for a very local place to play. I have been playing paintball for approximately 16 years and have traveled up and down California to play this sport.

I have played at Uban Quest over the years since it is close by, but the hospitality has yet to be desired. There was no one there to check the fps on the markers nor did the staff go over safety rules prior to the start of the opening session.

Since we( the group I was with) did not wear jerseys, we were catergorized as new players and we were told we could not jump up to play with the "advanced players" as the owner put it. How can one tell if you are a "newbie" or "advanced player".

As for now, I will go other fields where the hospitality is better and where safety is a big concern for the field operators/owners. I have 3 - 10year old sons that have just started in the sport and the first thing they said was "they are not very nice here not like the other places we have played at."

Dispute:
I want to start off first and foremost by saying thank you for playing at our field over the years. I also would like to thank you for continuing to come over the weekends even though the satff and other things pertaining to your weekend were not up to par.

I want to lend my appologies for your inconvenience on your previous trips to the field. But i want you to know that Urban quest is now under new management and we have undergone many changes these past few weeks.

We are now going to have safety briefings both before the day starts and after luch, that way we know everyone has full knoledge of the rules throughout the day.

We are also briefing everyone and now making everyone chrono before the day starts and craking down on anyone who turns there gun up durring the day. But i also want you to understand that with paintball guns weather can drastically change some markers output pressure and can make regulators spike and shift the output either lower or higher. But as i said earlier, we will do whatever we can to make sure all guns are chronoed prior to play.

As far as your son saying that staff was nicer at other fields... I can promise you will find no where else with staff as friendly as our new Urban Quest staff. They are all trained referees and seasoned players who know the game in and out and will not only be there for you on the feld but off of it as well.

I have read your concerns and i want you to know that i have and will continue to acknoledge any request that you have pertaining the progress of our field.

If you have any questions at all i do not want you to hesitate to e mail me at myspace.com/urbanquestpaintballfield

Thank You
-Andrew Palmer
