Good overall, but the balls are a little expensive but then again how can u expect to make some money with out raising the prices. Rules are good, and the staff is very nice, EXTREMLY good shop have all the new smart parts and good inventory. The regular players are really nice. The bunkers are great for woodballin'.The town is great. They have good game variants,and I love to paly out there. I give it a 8.5 out of 10.0
