Paintball field on Ft Campbell. Some fields in Florida.
Review:
Safety was of the utmost importance at the field. Safeties were everywhere to ensure that everything was going as it was supposed to. There were several safeties on each of the fields to call a player out and ensure that they were removed from the field safely.
The speed ball fields were in good shape. When the air went down in the inflatables, the safeties filled them up quickly. The village field was a bit muddy, but you can’t control the weather. All the fields were well maintained.
Prices were great. Lower than anywhere else in Clarksville even on Ft Campbell. Loved the military rates too. Prices in the shop for balls and accessories were reasonable too. Need to have more bottled water on hand as it gets hotter.
Rules were posted and upheld by the management and the safeties.
The staff was very willing to assist the players with filling air and CO2, answering questions and giving advice.
One suggestion: instead of just selling snacks, have a grill going with some hot dogs and hamburgers for sale. Most people make a day of paintballing and everyone gets hungry but doesn’t want to stop for a food run. Having food for sale would be nice and a good way to make some extra money. I saw some large propane tanks out there.
Also as the weather gets warmer and more players head out, maybe have more CO2 and paint for sale out there, they ran out early in the day, they did give out compressed air tanks to those who needed a CO2 refill which was cool.
Overall a great place and a great paintball experience!!
I would like to thank you for the kind words, and would like to address the issues you have brought up.
As for the selling of hamburgers and hot dogs, we do not have the food permits from the city of Clarksville to sell prepared food, so we have several local businesses close by that can fill the needs of our players. Micheal's Pizza, which we have menus on hand, just at the end of Vaughan Rd, delivers to our establishment.
As for the paint and Co2 situation that arrose this weekend, we started out on Saturday with 40 cases, which is what we normally start a weekend out with, and in the whole year we have been open, we have never sold that much, and I do appologize for the shortage. We are now going to carry more paint on the weekends. The Co2, our shipment normally contains 4 75lbs Co2 bulk tanks, and this shipment contained 4 50lbs tanks. In essence we were shorted a whole bulk tank.
I do appoligize for the these situations, and we are correcting them. Thank you for your input.
