Review: Horrible customer service, high prices, and average playing fields.

To start off, our group shows up at 12:00 to play an afternoon of paintball. At that point, we had to stand around for 15 minutes until an employee finished up with another customer. Now don't get me wrong, I was impressed with the level of service the previous customer was receiving on his firearm purchase, however, do you think it would have been possible for one of the three other employees I noticed strolling around to come out and take care of us?

One of my friends had his wife/kids inside as well (they were going to hang out while we played paintball). The kids were obviously fascinated by the gun displays and were touching the glass diplay cases (just touching mind you, nothing more). Some crotchety old Neo-Nazi looking dude comes out and tells the parents that he doesn't want the kids to be hitting the glass. Now if surly dude had stopped right there, it would have been fine since I can understand not wanting little kid fingerprints on your display cases. However, before the parents can even make any sort of alteration to their kids behavior, surly dude then says "Would you take them outside. This isn't Wal-Mart. Why don't you leave them in the car?" So of course the stunned mother takes her two well behaved and very confused children outside.
Here's an idea surly dude-If you don't want kids inside your dirty, ramshackle, trailer park esque excuse for a business, then why don't you post signs saying something to that effect? Now I realize the signs might be hard to notice since you have about 8,000 other tacky signs all over the place but at least it might help you avoid being such a jerk.

Price for paintballs is high but you can bring your own.

They have several fields to choose from but they are essentially all the same. How many different ways can you arrange railroad ties, tires, and junked vehicles? Being located on the high plains, it can get quite windy. They obviously don't care about the appearance since there is trash everywhere.

All in all, the paintball was fun but I won't be giving surly dude any more of my money.
