Let me start by saying that for the longest time H and H had the monopoly in the paintball sales and service in the immediate area. Therefore their service became terrible. They are now taking their custumers for granted and are not willing to go that extra mile to make the custumer happy. For general repairs and such you wait forever for them to even get around to looking at your prized marker. And when they do you will be lucky if it is fixed correctly. they do not back up what they sell or stand by their word for anything. For instance, you go in and try to get a fill on your CO2 and usually it is weighed and filled. Well they cant even keep a fresh battery in their scales to weigh the tank to insure that it is filled to the max before charging you 5- 7 dollars. (The prices vary from day to day for some reason and who is filling you up) In the early spring their 2000 count paint, "V1 XO" was almost 80 dollars. In the fall the same box was only 50 dollars. Dont know whats going on there but now that same paint is again 50 bucks.
If you plan on going there to ask a question dont expect to be treated like someone who needs to know anything nevermind anything about paintball. You leave feeling like a complete idiot. And it is my opinion you are if you go to this place and part with any of your hard earned money for anything. The scenario field is too small and the refs are blind. The time between games is like waiting for the second coming of Jesus.
H and H support a couple of teams. All of the attention goes to them and not the customer. The owner is arrogant and seems like everybody owes him something. He is a busy man for sure but come on. The man is not trying to enhance the game into a fun and pleasurable time. More like "Give me your money and get out fast," type of attitude. Not for me thanks.
I will never give H and H paintbal another cent of my money for anything and I spend upwards of 5000 dollars a year on paintball. Not to them. I will go else where and be treated like a human being, not a bank machine!

H & H is a great store. It is alot better than driving to Hamilton or Toronto to get stuff and their prices are good too. That store is so busy I"m surprised that they have time to fool around fixing guns. But I did manage to get mine fixed on the spot one day, because they had my part in stock, so I didn't have to wait. I have always paid $5.00 for a 20oz fill there, and never had a problem with them on that. The paint prices go up and down a little bit , because the guy told me it depends on how much they have to pay for the stuff as to what they sell it for. It makes sense to me. That way we aren't getting ripped off. Sometimes they get a deal on certain paint and pass the savings on to their customers. Most stores are busy and they don't have time to listen to kids whine a lot about stuff, cause other people are waiting for them. I have always being treated fairly by them, no problem.
