APE. APE and Hornets Nest were both very nice courses.
Review:
Fields: Very nice outdoor and indoor courses. Very well built and very fun to play on. 12 people going at it in a town no bigger than half a city block is defiantly exciting.
Equipment: A very nice selection of guns, upgrades, and pre-owned/made gun kits make the store a very nice opportunity to buy a new gun. The owner, Bob, let me buy a SCAR-H CQC assault rifle set with Red dot sight, front grip, E-trigger and air-thru stock for $550 as where it would cost me $720 in the stores. The paint is a bit more expensive [70$ a case] but you have to stay in business somehow.
Staff: The owner, Bob, is a nicely decorated paintball veteran with a true love for the sport and a desire to make you feel at home on the course. His assistants and staff are all good, funny fellows who share his passion for the game. Most of them work as volunteers!
Location: Although a bit out of the way, it's defiantly worth the trip. Anyone who's driven there has noticed that it feel like you're driving into the middle of scenic nowhere. The setting is very nice and although it may be a long trip for some, as stated before, it's well worth it.
Building: Heated, stocked with food and weaponry, and top-notch fields to boot make it a very nice paintball field, one of the best I've ever seen.
