DAVIS - They only have 1 airball field up now and unfortunetly the grounds are unkept (weeds everywhere). Was there last Sunday and only a couple of teams were there plus a handful of walkons. |

Best field around period!! don't need to post the plus's to the field because all the other prior post say it all!!
the staging area is unbelievable!!
Lot of the divisional teams play there and BLAST is always there. Pro-teams also showing up when they can. CEPP makes sure that everyone rotates on the main turf field whether your on a team or a walk-on not like another field that was in the area that shall be nameless that no longer operates. Sorry 'nameless field' you did it to yourselves.
1 of the best days was when Russian Legion and Tampa Bay Damage were there scrimmaging before the next xball tourney and Dave scheduled an impromptu game on the mounds field with RL and Damage against all the walk-ons. Now that was fun.
You hate to see other fields close up or not get the players as they use to but they're gonna have to keep up with what the Bains ffamily did with the field as they keep attracting players from far to keep coming back for more.
I was happy when I heard Dave's field finally became a reality because it 's only 8mi from my house!! |
