I absolutely agree with others about the "snotty" staff, but not just the young ones. Unprofessional, they run this not as a business with customers, but as professionals who were sent from heaven to let the noobs play on their fields. They get enraged with people who loose attention for a moment, yet they have made mishaps too. I guess the customers should yell and look down on them as well!!
