Review:
This is worst customer service I have ever received at a paintball field. When I first arrived, I found I had to use their balls, no big deal. But, I went through three boxes and all had flat spots on the paintballs. When I pay good money for a box of paint, I want them to at least be spheres. When I returned the second one, the owner said, " if he don't like em' he can't play." I knew I should have left right then. The refs were unfair, by calling out other players positions. It is a shame to waste such potential in a field. The vietnam field was a great field, but unfair practices and favoritism prevail. They also never once used the chrono on anyone. I came home with serious marks from point-blank shots. I don't get it, I have to use their balls because they are softer, but they don't chrono. I will tell everyone I know about my bad experiences, and my paintball buddies and I will never play here again. Way to lose business RUSH!
I am not complaining about getting shot from a short range, or hot for that matter. I am saying it is illogical for you to require poor balls because they are a little softer, and not chrono. I have not seen one person chrono. I am contesting the logic with which you run your business. I am a soldier and have been shot in battle, I can take a *&^%ing paintball. As a business person, it aggravates the hell out of me when business owners get lazy and get the god complex. Charge less money if you want to sell poor paint. I could have got premium paint for that price at other places. Take my advice and get more business; Keep being disrespecting to people like me, and never increase your market share.
Dispute: I doubt any of the refs at rush were shouting out players positions on the field as they are often to busy standing around not paying attention. If they were doing this; tell Craig about it, he'll handle it right away.
Dispute: I don't understand why you are complaining about the paint...You must've bought the cheapest one which in paintball if you haven't heard..."you get what you pay for" and their cheapest one is like $30 a case. If you don't like it cause it has dimples in it, go to the next step, or the last step. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. That is really the rule of thumb in paintball. don't expect to buy a Spyder aggressor and think it will perform like an Ego.
