This was an interesting place to play and I'm glad I can say I went but I won't go again.
Pros:
- unique playing environment since it's like being on a desert at night
- large field with lots of room to run
- multiple playing levels since some of the buildings have 2 floors
Cons:
- price of balls ($15 / 100 plus tax for renters and $10 / 100 plus tax for owners)
- the playing surface is covered in sand and 1/2 the field is saturated with the oil from the paintballs so expect to take home a souvenir of your adventure, which is hard on everything it touches.
- extremely dark so expect to play the spray and pray way since everyone camps the entire game. For example people were able to stand 50 feet in front of you fully exposed at times and all you see was their LED light on their hopper and the sound of the balls slamming beside you to know that they were even there.
Like I said in the beginning I know that me and my friends won't go back but this may be right up your alley depending on your playing style.
The Proshop there is very nice.
The staging area was very small.
The counter staff was decent.
The referee was nice but listened to his MP3 player away from the action.
Happy Paintballing |
