Other Fields in the Area:
NY Paintball was the worst experience ever. I'm going to break up this review in a few parts. First:
Fields: Not only were the fields small as hell, there were only 3 tiny overcrowded fields. They were soggy and disgusting.
Refs: In regards to safety, the refs were good. but in terms of intelligence, they were lacking. I came with a group of friends, but they refs did not let us play together (what the hell is up with that?) The refs made up teams (WTF?) they are dumba$$es. They are more like punk teenage kids on a powertrip.
Safety: As expected.
Fun: On a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 2. I would not go back there every again.
Dispute: They only have 2 fields not 3 fields. There larger than any indoor in the area including Arena, Hi-Velocity, and cousins. You sure you talking about the same place?
Players cannot play together privately if they come with less than 10 players.
If you come with less than 10 players with no reservation you are considered a "Walk-On".
All Walk-Ons are mixed in with other Walk-Ons just like any other field It's on there website dude.
Also what field lets you play with just your friends as walk-ons? Not arena, maybe hi-velocity indoor because no-one goes there, and not cousins unless your 20 deep.
Just thought I'd add my 2 cents.

Dispute: This guy most have went on a peak hours on a busy saturday. They divide the big field into 2 parts if it gets over crowded. Its actually not that dirty if you get there early, he must have got there after thousands of paintballs were fired from previuos rounds. It is always slippery though. I find the adults that work there great. I just don't like this one white little blond kid that works there. He works and plays there and stacks the team in his favor. He will take about 3-4 experinced players on his team and place a dozen rentals and low end gun players on the other.
