Fields I've been to:
Bay Area Paintball is a small warehouse and only has airball.
Paintball Jungle has airball, speedball and scenario but is not as big as inFinite and has less airball fields.
NorCal paintball has the most airball and speedball then all, but has no scenario thus is a lot small than InFinite and Jungle.
Review:
I live in the Bay Area, but on my way to Tahoe I stopped at this field to try it out. I scoped out the field friday the day before regular hours and found the manager was setting up for the next days games. He opened the place up and let me take a tour around and I left. The next day I came early and found that the place had already 25+ people ready to play.
They are BYOP, but they have paint at $40 a box. Admission is very reasonable at $15 and all day air is $10. Though I did not have to rent anything they had some great cockers to rent. They also have a pro shop with some very knowledgeable people, who helped me fix that small o-ring in my tank and by the way the manager is a cocker genius. Parking was plentiful but there are only a few places with shade and it gets HOT so get there early.
Safety was their number one priority, we got the normal group safety orientation and before entering any field there was always someone waiting to check if your mask was on and on the way out if your condom was on. They had this weird plug rule because of their insurance barrel condoms can only be used on the field and if you don't have them they sell them for $2-3 dollars.
They have SO much land it's pretty crazy, but this allows for some really fun paintball. Though games can be long and the wait between them are normally fairly short. They have two woody fields with an open area with bunkers in the middle. There's a huge field on the side of a hill filled with bunkers and a fort on the top of the hill. It was was the most enjoyable field I've ever played on. Lastly there are a couple airball fields and two speed ball fields that I unfortunately didn't try out since no one wanted to play.
Overall this is the best field I've been to from the others I've tried. You get a lot of bang for your buck (pun intended), there are a lot of different types of fields, the place is huge and is very safe.
My only drawbacks would be it gets hot 90-ish and its really far away from the bay area or anything else.
This field is a 9/10.
